A Method for Preparing Nano Needle-shaped Violet Tungsten Oxide
Raw materials: ammonium paratungstate (APT), or tungstic acid, or tungsten oxide WOx (2≤x≤3).
Preparation takes place in a tilted, rotating furnace tube. At the feed end of the furnace tube, raw material is pushed into the heated furnace tube by feeding device from the feed port, and gradually moves from the low temperature zone to the high temperature zone under rotation of the tilting furnace tube. The raw material is reduced by H2 in the high temperature zone of the furnace tube to produce nano needle-shaped WO2.72. And gradually nanopowder moves to the discharge end under the rotation of the tilting furnace tube. Then, nano needle-shaped violet tungsten oxide is discharged from the discharge end by discharge device and is cooled by the discharge device to near room temperature. A dedicated outlet is provided on the furnace tube.
