Cesium tungsten oxide is a choice of transparent thermal insulation nanopowder.
Sample Characterization of Cesium Tungsten Oxide
1. X-ray diffractometer (XRD) was used to identify the crystal structure of cesium tungsten oxide nanopowder.
2. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were used to observe the morphology of cesium tungsten oxide powder.
3. Laser particle sizer was used to analyze particle size distribution of the powder.
4. The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer was used to characterize the near-infrared shielding performance of cesium tungsten oxide film in the range of 300-1100nm.
5. Settling tests are used to test the dispersion stability of different suspensions. The ball milled cesium tungsten oxide suspension was injected into a 10mL measuring cylinder for testing. Sealing the mouth with paraffin or rubber to prevent solvent from volatilization. And the initial liquid height and the sedimentation height after 9 days were recorded, respectively.
6. The coating adhesion was determined according to GB/T 9286-1998.
