Preparation of WO3 Composite Coating for Formaldehyde Degradation
Step One: Weigh a certain amount of H2WO4, and calcine the weighed H2WO4 at different temperatures for 5-8 h to prepare a WO3 visible light photocatalyst.
Step Two: The prepared WO3 is dispersed with the dispersion polyacrylamide and mixed with the coating, and then mechanically stirred and ultrasonically oscillated.
Step Three: WO3 composite coating prepared in Step Two is evenly coated on the surface of the substrate such as glass or wall. Under the irradiation of 8w fluorescent lamp, such a substrate was observed to know its degradation conditions of formaldehyde gas. The results show that after 8h, the degradation rate of WO3 composite coating to formaldehyde is about 8%.
