A Preparation Method of Polymer Tungsten
Step One: Pulverize tungsten powder by air flow; wherein tungsten powder is a tungsten powder or a mixture of several tungsten powders with a Fischer particle size of 0.4-60 μm.
Step Two: Continuously stir the tungsten powder or tungsten powder and tungsten fiber obtained in Step One in the doping pot, and spray the coupling agent diluted with ethanol for surface modification; wherein the diameter of tungsten fiber is 10-30μm, the aspect ratio is 50: 150.
Step Three: Mix polymer, surface-modified tungsten powder or the mixture of tungsten powder with tungsten fiber and other additives according to a certain weight part, knead evenly to obtain a feed; wherein, the polymer is one or more of plastic, rubber or thermoplastic elastomer; the coupling agent is one or more of silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent or rare earth coupling agent; the parts by weight are respectively: polymer 20-100, tungsten powder 950-1000, tungsten fiber 0-50, coupling agent 0.5-5, other auxiliary agents 0.5-10.
Step Four: The feed material is extruded through an extruder, or injected through an injection machine, or molded through a pressure forming machine;
Step Five: Cut and chamfer the obtained products.
