A Preparation Method of Tungsten Disulfide Nanosheets
Dissolve 0.76g of ammonium tungstate in 30ml of deionized water to make a solution of 0.0083 mol/L, then add 0.95g of thiourea, stir with a magnetic stirrer for 15min, then add 0.3g of oxalic acid, and stir the mixed solution again for 10min. Finally, add 0.2g surfactant f127 to the mixed solution and stir for 5min, then transfer the stirred solution to a hydrothermal reactor with a volume of 50ml; hydrothermal reaction was carried out at 240 °C for 18h, and then cooled naturally. After centrifugation, washed with deionized water and ethanol three times, and finally put the black sample into a vacuum drying oven, and kept at 80 °C for 12h to obtain ultra-thin tungsten disulfide nanosheets.
