By adding Rb2SO4, K2SO4, Na2SO4, Li2SO4 and (NH4)2SO4, yellow tungsten oxide with sea urchin-like, ribbon-like and cylindrical nanowires or nanorod structures can be prepared. And the results show that adding different types of sulfonates during preparation process can affect the morphology of the final product.
