中国黄金乌努格吐山铜钼矿项目投料试车成功
9月16日，中国黄金集团[0.25 -4.23%]公司举行仪式庆祝乌努格吐山铜钼矿项目（以下简称乌山项目）投料试车成功。
乌山项目是中国黄金集团公司实施多金属发展战略的首个大型有色金属项目，也是迄今黄金集团投资最大的建设项目。该项目位于内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市新巴尔虎右旗，为国内已探明的第四大铜钼伴生矿床，铜金属储量267万吨，钼金属储量54万吨。项目规划分三期建设，一期工程总投资28亿元，日处理矿量3万吨，达产后年产值约30亿元，年利税近7亿元。项目二、三期工程建成后，日处理矿量将达到12万吨，形成年产10万吨铜、1.3万吨钼，总产值超过100亿元的国内大型铜钼矿生产基地之一。
乌山项目作为中央企业支持少数民族地区社会经济发展的重点工程，在项目设计和建设过程中始终坚持科技创新，打破了当地冬季不施工的惯例，创造了国内有色矿山建设的“九个第一”：第一次采取膏体堆放工艺；第一次使用自主研发的最大规格半自磨机（ф8.8米×4.8米）、球磨机（ф6.2米×9.5米）、隔膜泵（DGMB450/8）、磁力弧（MA-221）等设备；第一次大规模使用自主研发的浮选机（160M3）；第一次使用世界最大的ф40米深锥浓密机；单系列处理能力为国内最大（15000吨/日）；自动化系统在国内有色矿山中为一次到位装备水平最高；采用了国内最大规模的封闭式储矿仓；为国内高纬度、高寒地区快速建成的第一座现代化大型有色金属矿山。
