云南省国土资源厅将对过期探矿权采矿权进行全面清理
新华网昆明９月２４日专电（记者浦超）记者从云南省国土资源厅了解到，为了巩固夯实整顿规范矿产资源开发秩序成果，妥善解决当前存在的探矿权采矿权过期问题，进一步规范探矿权采矿权管理工作，云南省国土资源厅将对过期探矿权采矿权进行全面清理。
据了解，云南将摸清每个过期矿业权基本情况、勘查开采现状、过期原因和存在问题，按照“尊重历史、兼顾现实、分类处置、依法办理”的原则，分门别类地提出处理意见，通过限期办理延续登记、依法注销等方式，对过期探矿权、采矿权进行全面清理和规范，并以此为基础，全面更新探矿权、采矿权管理数据库，严格规范矿业权审批、监管程序，全面提升矿业权管理水平。
据了解，云南省国土资源厅要求，所有过期探矿权、采矿权在未获得延续登记批准前，一律不得进行勘查开采活动，对擅自进行勘查开采的，一律不再受理延续登记申请，其矿业权予以注销；并以无证探矿采矿予以严肃查处。全省各级国土资源部门在审核和审批过程中，必须遵照“实事求是，公开、公平、公正”的原则依法依规办理，对弄虚作假、借机搭车、违反政策的，一经查实，按照有关规定，严肃追究相关单位和责任人的责任。
